According to Forbes, the top spot on the world’s richest list in 2021 went to Jeff Bezos, Elon Musk,
Bernard Arnault & family, Bill Gates and Mark Zuckerberg. While Forbs shows how much wealth they have in dollar terms, we aim to find out how popular they are with the public. While this is not a study conducted by directly inquiring people on their opinion towards each of these billionaires, we use Kommon Poll’s AI analytics tools to identify these individuals’ public opinion.
We have decided to leave Bernard Arnault & family out of the list since the wealth is of a family and not an individual, which leaves us with four tech ( I believe space x and tesla would classify as tech) billionaires battling it out for the people’s hearts.
Here is what we came up with

Facebook’s founder, Mark Zuckerberg, had many challenges last year, with privacy concerns on the controversial WhatsApp update and the company’s rebrand to Meta.

Whilst Bezos may have stepped out of Amazon; the companies misgivings continue to affect his popularity.
2. BILL GATES
Some negative comments regarding Bill Gates may have occurred due to a misinformation campaign regarding the vaccine rollout.
1. ELON MUSK
The true star of last year’s media attention has been Elon Musk, with Space X being a major source of publicity for the billionaire.
His Love-Hate relationship with crypto may have also gained him attention from both sides of the aisle.
