Program structure
Non-exclusive partner program. Partners may refer or support sales, but do not become official spokespersons, employees, distributors, or legal representatives of Kommon Poll unless separately agreed in writing.
Commission basis
Commission is calculated on net revenue actually received by Kommon Poll from approved partner-sourced customers, excluding taxes, refunds, chargebacks, pass-through costs, and non-revenue items.
Lead validity
Approved leads can be protected for a defined attribution period, commonly up to 9 months from lead registration, subject to the prospect not already being an existing customer or active sales opportunity.
Renewals
First-renewal commissions may apply where the partner remains materially involved in the account relationship or renewal process, depending on the agreed partner model.
MDF / marketing support
For qualified agency or strategic partners, marketing development support may be considered, such as 5% of an annual sales target after achieving 10% of that target in received revenue.
Term and exit
Standard partner terms may use a 1-year term with a 30-day notice exit, subject to the signed agreement and any surviving commission, confidentiality, or compliance obligations.

How are commissions paid?
