1. Overview

This Subprocessors page explains the third-party service providers that Kommon Poll may use to provide, secure, support, improve, bill for, and operate the Service.

A subprocessor is a third party that may process Customer Data or personal data on behalf of Kommon Poll when we provide the Service to a customer.

Publication note: Review this list before publishing and remove any provider that is not actually used in production or customer operations.

2. How we use subprocessors

We use subprocessors only where they support a legitimate operational need, such as hosting, cloud infrastructure, payment processing, AI analysis, support, feedback, email delivery, data collection, monitoring, security, analytics, or product operations.

Where a subprocessor handles Customer Data, we aim to impose contractual, confidentiality, security, and data-protection obligations appropriate to the nature of the service.

Not every subprocessor is used for every customer account. The providers involved may depend on plan type, configured features, integrations, data sources, payment method, region, support request, and custom services.

4. Changes to subprocessors

We may add, replace, or remove subprocessors as the Service evolves, as vendors change, or as required for security, reliability, compliance, scalability, pricing, or product functionality.

Where required by an applicable agreement or law, we will provide notice of material subprocessor changes or give customers an opportunity to object in accordance with the applicable Data Processing Agreement or written contract.

5. Customer objections

If your agreement gives you the right to object to a new subprocessor, you must object in writing within the notice period stated in that agreement. Your objection must explain the reasonable data-protection basis for the objection.

If we cannot reasonably address the objection, the parties may discuss alternative configurations, feature limitations, or termination rights as set out in the applicable agreement.
